Every meeting is also about us, the ones participating and our relationship.
Every meeting is also about us, the ones participating and our relationship.

Those for getting things done, to coordinate and decide and plan the next steps to take together.
Those to share and work out loud, ask for help and support each other.
Those to exchange our insights and learning and create a shared understanding.
Those to look back and those to look into the future.
Those to interrupt our flow of activities taking a moment to reflect what we are actually doing and what is happening and changing around us.
Those to try out and find out in a playful manner.
Those to plant new ideas we want to grow and help unfold.
Those to be in conversation and to discover and wonder together in an unhurried way

Sometimes it is a mix of several of the above. Often it is good to take them apart to give space and time to needs and questions that tend to get lost.

Every meeting is always also social. Every meeting is also about us, the ones participating and our relationship. ‘Us’ can be reason enough to meet and come together online to listen and be heard.

By the way: Those for purely sharing information should not be online meetings but well-crafted emails, summaries, documents, messages.
