Work and Wonder With Me

I help people and organisations find more human, connected ways of working and living— through facilitation, conversation, and the radical act of slowing down. Let’s work together.

About Me

I’m Nadia von Holzen — facilitator, process designer, Street Wisdom guide, late-blooming artist, doodler, dog walker, and pause rebel exploring different rhythms. Always a learner.

I’m passionate about the quiet power of conversations and collaboration — how they flow, pause, spark, and create the conditions for people to connect and innovate together. In a workshop room, around a coffee table, in a walking meeting, or out on the street.

I’m Curious

I’m drawn to discovery in all its forms — shaping group processes, playing with words, picking up a brush, wandering down a new path. Exploring is just what I do.

I’m a Learner

I find real delight in puzzling through things alongside others and helping groups find their own way forward. I don’t arrive with answers. I believe in iteration, trying things out, and staying open to what we haven’t found yet.

I’m an Optimist

I choose to see possibility. Change is a chance to reflect, reinvent, and grow — sometimes in bold moves, often in quiet shifts. I cherish the in-between spaces, liminal moments where something beautiful can emerge.

Since founding Learning Moments in 2016, I’ve worked with NGOs, UN agencies, governments, networks and philanthropic foundations worldwide. I’m also a contributing author to Liberating Structures: Stories from the Field – Unleash Collaboration. What drives me hasn’t changed: helping teams find new, more human ways to connect and create change.

My Offer to You

Unhurried Conversations and Street Wisdom

Spaces for authentic exploration where reflection, connection, and insight unfold naturally. Slow down, listen deeply, share what’s real. Both are free and open to anyone.

Facilitation, Process Design and Method Coaching

I help shape the structure that moves your idea forward — as facilitator, designer, or method coach. This includes Liberating Structures, practical techniques that transform how teams interact and work together.

Rebel with a Pause

When rushing is the default, pausing is the rebellion. Small, intentional pauses can restore clarity, open space for deeper thinking, and reconnect you and your team with what truly matters. Ready to find a healthier rhythm?

Want to explore working together?

  • Facilitation support, method coaching, or Liberating Structures?
  • Street Wisdom or an Unhurried Conversation?
  • Rebel with a Pause — for yourself or your team?
  • Something else entirely?
