You might play more than one role!
Looking back on my work in 2023, I see a variety of roles I played. I aim to inspire collaboration that is healthier, more productive, and enjoyable. That needs me to be sometimes rebellious, sometimes patient and compassionate.
In instances where clients propose conventional formats for presentations or expert panels, I have no choice but to become the loving provoker: “Why invite 60 people when the only thing they do is listen and ask some questions?” I am on my guard to not let dynamic and engaging ways of collaborating snap back to patterns that do not use the potential and wisdom of the room.
When I collaborate with curious and passionate individuals, teams, networks, and organizations that truly want to lead that renewal, I am the creative sparring partner and empathic listener helping them to push their habits, beliefs, and behaviours beyond the tipping point.
My involvement in the ‘Liberating Journey,‘ a six-month support system for anyone committed to driving change, brings me pure joy. Alongside Ewen Le Borgne and Jeremy Akers and a group of passionate explorers, we collaborate as a community, co-designing and co-leading our conversations. This collaborative and liberating experience allows me to authentically be myself embodying all the forces and qualities of all the various roles. I am all of these.
