Learning is everywhere. Sure, but deep learning and certainly the integration of learning into future practice cannot be taken for granted. Transfer of learning needs a plan, structure, and lots of care. As workshop and face-to-face meeting organisers and facilitators we can support the transfer of learning:
- We design a workshop programme that promotes and supports several layers of reflection on learning;
- We offer space and time for these kind of reflections; and
- We ask some guiding questions reaching beyond the workshop reality
